Bon Appetit Scotland Issue
 

FYI - The current issue - May 2004 - of Bon Appetit focuses on Scotland. I've only had a chance to glance at it and it looks pretty good.

I have been enjoying it as well. My husband just returned from Scotland on business, and was telling me about the wonderful meals he enjoyed there. Then a couple of days later, I received my Bon Ap. which mentioned one of the places where he dined.
