Bombing in Prague
 

The Guardian has reported that a bomb went off on Na Prikope yesterday, injuring 18 people. Two Britons, three Irish, and two Americans were hurt. It appears to be the work of the Isreali mafia, fighting for control of gambling in Prague.

If you are travelling to Prague, please be careful as Na Prikope is a major tourist area.

Thanks for the warning. I'm posting a link to the Prague Post's coverage. It appears that the intended target's father was shot dead near the entrance to this casino two years ago.

This got a certain amount of attention yesterday morning on CNN - - before it got buried in the (excessive?) coverage/analysis of the announcements by Secretary Ridge. I was a little surprised not to have read anything about it here, yesterday, from other Fodorites.

I hope I can find these designers, it'd be wonderful to discover some local talent, however, I fear that this is unlikely as they would've been discovered already. I live in hope.
