Bologna foodie tours

What foodie tours are tops? I just reached out to ItalianDays, based on others recommendations, but I'm looking for other potential companies. We will be in Bologna 2 days w/o a car in April, so I would like to have someone take us to Modena, Parma, etc. rather than us have to self coordinate. Clearly, a foodie experience w/ a small group would be preferred.
Thanks!

Both Modena and Parma are very close to Bologna, and lots of local trains. If you're into cars, the Ferrari facility is about 10-15 km south by bus. Maserati is made in Modena.

Here are a couple of links.
