I will be travelling to Bologna as well for part of our honeymoon. I have not been there before but here are some resources I have found:

I wrote a trip report on Venice, Bologna, Faenza, Ravenna etc. You might be interested in that. For photos, go to:

I have not heard of that B&B, but can share some experiences. I was there about a year ago and did not have alot of time, but I did go to Pappagallo, Via del Borgo di San Pietro, 1 and it was very exquisite food! It is highly recommended by many guides, etc., but it is pricey. I regret not being able to make a side trip to Ravenna to see the Mosaics of the Basilica of San Vitale, but as an artist I live for that stuff. If you like churches, see San Domenico, Santo Steffano. Also the Pinacoteca, the Painting Gallery. If your tastes don't include art, go for the food! Unfortunately, their shops are closed on Thursdays or I would have brought home candies, etc. for friends. Anyway, enjoy!
