Blue House Hotel, Istanbul...is it cool?

Sorry just a dumb segue from blue to cool, but seriously anyone stayed there ? ;)

Do you mean 'not hot', 'laid-back', or 'a good place to stay'?
Sorry, I've only seen it from the outside, which was nice and...blue.

Stayed there last year while on an Overseas Adventure Travel (Grand Circle) Tour. Small hotel, modern, clean, efficient staff. Great rooftop restaurant/bar. GREAT LOCATION. Sorry, can't comment on price since I was on a tour. Would stay there again if in Istambul.
K.P.S. Yes, it's painted blue

Marko,
I stayed there 2 years ago and liked it a lot. It is wonderfully-located near the Blue Mosque and I had a great view of it from my window. Rooms are average-size, with clean, modern bathrooms. I found the desk staff very warm and helpful. The hotel is pretty modern and comfortable ; there's no arabic/oriental styling in its decor. It's not especially "cool" or "chic" and it definitely has a middle class clientele. It's a well-maintained hotel, with excellent service, breakfast and location. I recommend it highly and would stay there again without hesitation.
