Bisanzio or Campiello Hotels in Venice, Italy

There's about a 100 Euro difference in price.
What is the area around the Campiello like?

I stayed at the Bisanzio last year and really liked it. It's right near St. Mark's and you will hear really cool church bells out your window every morning. The staff is charming and the am coffee and croissants are delightful. There is an excellant local restaurant right behind the hotel (I can't remeber the name but the receptionist told us to go there every night-it was cheap, delicious, authentic and away from the tourists). The hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable. you can't beat the location unless you want to sleep on the grand canal and spend a lot more money.
