best I can find, I've only seen birding tours that are longer things run by specialty companies (like for a week). Should be some local guide though

This is the closest I can find, it does have a day tour by boat in the Loire for bird watching, you have to contact them (see around middle of page with title Sauntering along the Loire.....)
