Bilbao Bus Station
Are you able to leave luggage overnight at the Bilbao bus station? We are going just for overnight and would prefer not to have to take everything with us, as we are flying in and out of Bilbao.

The bus station, known as Termibus, says it provides luggage storage, without providing details. See for yourself at http://www.termibus.es/servicios.php?idi=en
It promises quick response to e-mails if you want to ask for specific info on lockers or attended storage.
