Biking in Girona
 

We have decided to spend 5 days in Girona. We will be heading from there for a visit to Figueres for sure. Please tell me what routes you have biked or what tours you did. We are hoping for 50km-ish per day for two or maybe 3 days. Thanks in advance :)

Thank you! Good to know the rules and that is how we always try to ride here. I even have one of the apps :)

I could swear I posted something yesterday… oh well.

BikeBreaks , who organized our 5 day stay brilliantly, went under during the pandemic lockdowns. There was a warmup day looping up to Adri. Then, we were driven to Olot from which there was a lovely 55 km ride down the Greenway back to Girona. On another day, we rode the rest of the Greenway to St Feliu de Guixols and had some beach time before being driven home. Another loop after a short train ride to Flaça took us round various Emporda villages including Pubol, with Gala Dali’s home.

Hope some other cycle shop could give you route maps along with bikes and helmets.
