Big Spanish villa
Does anyone know where "we" can rent a villa big enough for an extended family of 14 close to Mijas or Marbella, please.

Flights are booked; family panicking!
|
Sheila,
Have you tried www. holiday-rentals.com. You may have to rent two units. If you find a good one let us know. I have also been looking in Spain or Tuscany for a villa for our family of 10 to 14. Also check http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/ind...perty/3159.htm Not a villa but three bedroom apartments.
Have fun

Slightly more focussed version. One of my secretaries and her family have booked flights to Magaluf on the 18th June. This was done some months ago by way of an intended family celebration.

There are 14 of them and they can't find a villa big enough. They may well end up setting for 2 but don't want to give in yet.

Thank you for the web address which didn't help (but which I've marked for future reference). Anyone with further info, please help.

Dear Sheila,
I would suggest that you try www.somethingspecial.co.uk, based in the UK, not such a hot web site but good call center and service.
For more upscale properties, there is a great Munich-based company (they speak English!): www.domizile.net.
I found 2 other companies which seem to have great properties in the Baleares, though I never tried them: www.eclecticleisure.com and www.villeetvillage.com.
Good luck!

Sheila--- I bookmarked a site called vacation rentals by Owner. On this site they have a beautiful, roomy farm house near Arcos de la Fronters, drving distance to many beautiful sights in Andalucia. Try http://www.vrbo.com/vrbo/vrboframe.a...urnurl=693.htm
