Bicycle touring company recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for a bicyle tour operator in the west of Ireland. I'm <BR>looking for a company that provides an all-inclusive package with bikes, accomodations, etc. And looking for rides that last 5-10 and are easy to moderate.

I would look at www.backroads.com. From what I hear they offer great trips all over the world and in Ireland.

You can also try Butterfield and Butterfield-- A very high clas operation that sometimes uses castles for their overnite accomodations-
