Biarritz

What is the weather likely to be like in early June ?

Is it necessary to take Mosquito repellant ?

You are on the Atlantic coast - this means, everything can happen.

Most likely, you will have bright sunshine, a fresh breeze and temperatures between 20 and 25°C. But it can be as cool as 15°C, rainy and windy. So be prepared for everything. Take a windbreaker with you. In June, you will need a strong sunblock.

There are not many mosquitoes in Biarritz - we never needed a repellent when we were there. If you are sensitive and if you will be staying in un unfavourable microclimate, you can buy a wide variety of repellents in every French supermarket.
