Hello! Has anyone ever stayed in the BiaJuly apartment in Venice, Italy that is available through Sleep in Italy.com? I am considering staying there but I cannot find any reviews at all on this apartment. Thank you so much!

Being vague on your request won't get you much response.

Tje high level description is misleading as it is nowhere near Rialto - looking at the map, it's on or near the other end of Calle Lunga Santa Maria Formosa. Although I've so far spent a total of 7 months (& counting!) in Venice so am a lot less likely to get lost, it would take me *far* longer to reach either Rialto or San Marco than the specified 2/5 mins - more like 15 mins to either. Having said that, it is a nice, very Venetian location to stay (I'd rather stay there than near Rialto or indeed San Marco), the pics of the flat make it look very nice and E159pn is a good price for Venice especially if there are more than 2 of you. The only drawback I can think of is that being in the middle of the 'main' island, it's about as far as you can get from any vaporetto or Alilaguna stop, which may be an issue for you with luggage (remember there are frequent bridges to cross) - how much will you have and will carrying it be an issue? If you can run to a watertaxi, though, you could ask the agency where the nearest drop-off point is - proabbaly a lot nearer.

as you say its position, though it's advertised as being near the Rialto, is anything but. that could be a plus of course, but to say that it's 2 minutes to the Rialto and 5 to San Marco is pretty misleading. it might make me question the rest of what they say, though Sleep in Italy does have a good reputation.
