Best Western Eden Hotel - Amsterdam

Has anyone ever stayed at the Best Western Eden Hotel in Amsterdam or heard experiences? I have searched the Fodor's site and there are no reviews on this hotel. Any help is appreciated!

I haven't stayed there, but I've walked by it many times. The location is within walking distance to a lot of sights, restaurants, etc. Have a great trip.

We stayed there last October and found it to be clean, accomodating staff and convenient for walking to lots of sights etc. I must clarify that it was our first night ever in europe and we only spent one night there. That was also jet lag day. We arrived at 6 in the morning, dropped our bags at the hotel and took off on foot to the Rijks and Van Gogh museums, had dinner and a drink at a wonderful corner pub, popped into a "coffee" shop and took a canal boat back to the hotel. We slept like rocks under the circumstances! Next morning we were on the train to Cologne at 8am. The hotel concierge was very helpful with directions and taxi. overall, I'd stay there again but it wasn't our first choice. We prefer smaller B & B type places but none was available at the time.
