Best way to see main sites in Istanbul in a day or two.
We are 2 women and one child in Istanbul for a conference. Would like a private or very small tour to get the main sites in in one or 2 days in Istanbul. Can some one suggest a tour group or better a liscensed private tour guide?thanks veronica

Sinan,
I just emailed Pinar and for some reason it bounced back saying that it was rejected or something to his effect.
My husband and I will be in Istanbul for 4 nights, April 9-12 and would love to do a walking tour maybe 2 afternoons. Maybe you could have her email me at [email protected]
Thanks!
Marcie

Don't feel you need to see everything. Do some research and choose what interests you.
Must sees are Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Topkapi Palace is very interesting but does need some time.
Close by are some ancient baths (sorry can't remember the name) where you can experience a true Turkish bath!
Cataracts are incredible.
Leave some free time for browsing in the souk if you enjoy shopping.
A boat tour down the bosphorus is great.
Sitting and watching the world go by in the waterside cafes and restaurants is good too.
