Best way to get from FCO airport (Rome) to Piazza Barberini area

Can anyone give me some ideas on how to get from FCO airport (Rome) to Hotel Alexandra on Via Veneto. From what I know it is near the Piazza Barberini and Planet Hollywood. I also think it is near the church that has all those skulls (I think). I am trying to conserve money, but also stay safe. What are your ideas? I am open for any suggestions?

Take the Leonardo Express from the airport railway station(follow the signs showing an icon and the word TRENI). There are trains leaving every 20 minutes or so. Train ride takes about 30 minutes. Purchase the ticket at the trenitalia ticket counter near the platform or at the newsagent next to it. Price 9.50 euros per person. Punch the ticket in one of the yellow machines before boarding the train.
Train arrives at platform 26 at Termini Station. You must walk for about 5-7 minutes going straight ahead. Take METRO A going towards Battistini, and get off after 2 stops (at barberini). You must purchase tour metro ticket at a newsagent in the station,at one of the automatic machines or also at the newsagent at the airport when you get the Leonardo Express ticket. Price for the metro ride is 1 euro. Punch the ticket in the orange or yellow machines when entering the metro.

Do what you can to buy the Metro ticket at the newsagent...AVOID the ticket machines which I have found often do not work well.

Barberini is at the very bottom of the Via Veneto.
