Best way from Rome to Positano

My fiance and I are honeymooning in Italy in October, and we will be taking a train from Rome to southern Italy for our last stop, Positano.

Any advice on whether we should take the train to Naples, and then by car to Positano? Or instead go to Salerno? The last option sounds good because we could stop by Ravello on the way to Positano.

Also, I've got a quote from Tours of Italy car service (recommended on this board by Weadles) from Naples to Positano for 95 euros. Does this sound reasonable?
