Best way from Dubrovnik to Santorini?

I am planning a trip in May'07 and would like to include both Croatia and Santorini. Any helpful info on how best to get from Dubrovnik to Santorini (ferries, rail, air?) would be much appreciated.

Fly to Athens then on to Santorini.

Thank you very much, Bob. I haven't yet been able to find direct flights from Dubrovnik to Athens, at least not on Which budget. Do you know of any, anywhere else?
