Best way from Athens to Ephesus?
 
Has anyone traveled from Athens to Ephesus?
What's the best way to get to Ephesus from Athens.

High speed ferry to Kusidasi (sp?), then the bus.

"Best" way would be to fly to Izmir and rent a car for the drive to Ephesus. If that's not an option then fly or take the ferry to Samos and then a daytrip excursion ferry/bus combo to Ephesus that will afterwards return you to Samos for the return to Athens.

Thank you. We will be going on to Rhodes from Ephesus. Are there ferries from Samos to Rhodes?
