Best travel companies
I'm planning a trip in the fall of 2008. I've used go-today with good results. I hear there are cheaper places. Are there other companies that book a combination of flights and lodging similar to go-today?

Don't you think it would be a good idea for you to reveal where you live, where you want to go, what sort of travel you enjoy, your budget range and anything else that might give a clue? Do you assume that since you've posted this under the general "Europe" category that's all the information you need to impart? As a group we're pretty well-informed, but we're not mind readers. If you're a low-budget backpacker what good would it do to offer you advice on 5* hotels and tour packages?

I'm simply looking for a travel agency that books flights and hotels in packages like go-today dot com. They book all over the world and must have some competitors, Who are they?? I'm obviously thinking of Europe since I posted here. I live in the US.

In the past, I've found some good deals on Expedia for flight/hotel packages. You can select which hotel, but the price will vary by quality/location. One package for a week stay was only $25 more than booking the flight alone on the airline web site.

I went to offpeaktravler and looked it over. The auctions I watched didn't meet the minimum. how does this work? It looked like most everything was not getting to the minimum. kind of pointless to bid in those cases.
