Best transportation from Madrid Airport to City? (Hotel Urban)

We will be traveling to Madrid next week and I wanted to find out the best way (economical yet sensible) for two travelers with luggage to get from the airport to the Madrid. We need to get to Hotel Urban and will be arriving early Friday morning. Thanks, Susan

How much luggage? The metro need only cost about 50 cents each, but there are stairs and two line changes involved. The taxi fare will be in the 20-25 Euro range, most likely.

Take a taxi. The taxi stand is right in front of the arrivals terminal. It should take you around twenty-minutes and should cost under 20 euros, including the airport fee. The metro is a bit less expensive, but you're staying at a very nice hotel and do you really want to walk up to the doorman carrying your own bags? Live a little, you're on holiday.
