We are in the verge of booking the Eiffel Tower Tickets in October, Need suggestion on the best time slot to visit the top of the tower, i am presently getting (7:30 and 8:00 pm) slots free, Since we need to travel back to Disney Resort hotel, please suggest accordingly.

I don't think it makes any big difference since that is only one half hour apart, what reason are you having trouble deciding. I'd choose whichever fits your schedule better. If you intend to also take a cruise later that evening (I think you'd have to to do all that, unless you mean an evening cruise at 5-6 pm, of course), I'd think you'd want the earlier time or what else are you going to be doing during that half hour.
The sunset is around 7 pm in mid-October anyway, so you aren't going to be seeing any vistas, just mainly lights, but the 7:30 one is closer to sunset so I'd personally choose that to see something, Paris at sunset or dusk can be attractive at times (depends on weather). At 8, there will be more light effects since it will be darker.
