Best Things About Paris (from a 5 year old)

In discussing our trip to Paris last October while getting ready for bed tonight, our five year old reported that her favorite things about Paris are:
1. The restaurants
2. The chocolate shops
3. The bakeries
4. The Eiffel Tower
5. The balcony from our apartment (because she's never been on a balcony)
6. The courtyard which the balcony over looked
7. Nutella (the pony she rode in the Jardin des Acclimation)

Perhaps there is a lesson in there somewhere....when planning your itinerary don't worry about your kids, just feed them well? Even a five year old can recognize good food? You decide!

Perhaps you did not take your child to the Jardin d´Acclimation:

No 5 year old would forget a visit there.

Some of my favs in Paris as well! The Eiffel Tower, pastries, chocolate and a pony--well said.

That is so cute! Thanks for sharing. A foodie in the making, for sure.

And I agree with you that, for the most part, kids are pretty easy to please.

I think a lot of kids like the ceremony of restaurants in Paris and the fact that waiters tend to speak to children as adults. It's not like having a Grand Slam tossed in front of you at Denny's.
