That's a wide list. Where will you be in Portugal?

Ceramics: Olaria Vale Coelho. We visited this ceramic workshop
driving between Alcobaca and Batalha. He has a large export business to the US. Google for directions.

What part of Portugal? It's kind of hard to recommend specific shops for an entire country.

How tall are you?

Portuguese women are incredibly short by most standards. Many of them are plus-size as well, but if you are over 5'5", you are may not find clothes that fit you.

Most everywhere you go in Portugal you will find cork handbags, which are unique. But I agree with others that nobody can advise you without knowing where in Portugal you are headed.
