Will be in Paris in September. What would you recommend for the best Sunday Lunch experience. I'm considering Jules Verne becaue of the views, but its pretty expensive.

Sunday brunch at the Musée Jacquemart-André is delightful and only 25 euro.

Chez Francis - opposite Alma Marceau metro station. Fabulous terrace, awesome views of Tour Eiffel, you can enjoy just beverages, salads, full meal, whatever. Steps from the Bateaux Mouches. And, a terrific spot for enjoying the "passing parade".

Also terrific is La Cremaillere 1900 at Place du Tertre in the "garden" behind the restaurant.

Le Cinq or Bristol but both expensive. Fixed price lunch reasonable IMHO.

One of the classic Parisian brasseries would be fun. I love both Brasserie Flo and Bofinger for Sunday lunch. (There are many others of course.)
