Best Paris dining open in August

Many of the great dining rooms are closed in Aug.(Alain Ducasse, Grand Vefour etc.). I have picked so far:Jules Verne,Les Ambassadeur and Le Cinq in the Four Seasons George V. Can anyone recommend 2 more great dining places that are open in Aug? Thanks!

Can you specify when in August? Some of the Michelin 3*s are open the last week or two of August . . .

Both Patricia Wells and Zagats list restaurants open in August. A sample:

Arpege
Divellec
Alain Ducasse (2 weeks)
Pre Catalan
Tour d'Argent
Guy Savoy

Good luck!

Arpège, Violin d'Ingres (last week only), L'Espadon, Hiramatsu (except for 1st week), and a fair number more.

Just be sure that the restaurants you choose have air conditioning!
