Best neighborhood to stay in in Munich?
 

Hi,

I'll be in Munich for 3 days/2 nights at the end of June, with my parents. I'm hoping to rent an apartment (via AirBnB or VRBO) but would love some help/tips/advice regarding good, vibrant, safe neighborhoods to look at?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Depending on what you want to do with your time you might consider something close to the Mitte... Marienplatz is the middle of Munich. I don't know about apartments but there are lots of hotels of all classes near the main train station and within easy walking of the pedestrian zone in the middle of Munich. Have a good trip.
