Best European countries in Dec??
 

My husband and I can only take time off in december from work, and desperately want to go to Europe. What countries and/or cities would you suggest for a pleasant experience? (only a few days of skiing)

Are you wanting to go to Europe just to ski, or do you have something else in mind also?

Try Kraków for a day or so then go to Zakopane for your skiing.

Salzburg for Christmas festivities, Kaprun for guaranteed skiing

The principality of Andorra, especially if you speak some spanish.

Switzerland, Austria and/or Germany for the general Christmas cheer and markets. France is also a contender. Paris in December and then, off to one of the many wonderful ski resorts would not be a bad vacation by any means!!
