Best driving route from Venice through Dolomites past Lake Como to Milan
 

My partner and I have 3 1/2 days to get from Venice to fly out of Milan. We are interested in driving the Grande Strada della Dolomiti and seeing Lake Como.

What is the best driving route? What sights do you recommend along the way? Where do you suggest we stay overnight?
