Best Chocolate in Brugge?

We are going to Brugge and would like some information on the best chocolate shop to visit. We love chocolate and would like to see them being made plus taste a few....yummy....!

I really like the ones that are refrigerated with the fresh cream inside. ((b))

We loved Dumon, which is right near the main square on the ground floor of a really cute little house. All the chocolate (dark, milk, white) was just amazing, and they had a wide variety of filled chocolates (pralines). Try to meet Madame Dumon -- she's great and will take the time to explain each kind of praline to you if you are putting a box together. We bought basically all of our travel gifts there and everyone loved them! I don't think they show you the chocolates being made, but you can definitely buy individual pieces to taste. There are so many chocolate shops in Brugges it's incredible, and lots of them make a great product, but our favorite was Dumon.

I liked Chocolate Line. The nut clusters were just incredible. Simon Stevinplein 19

by the way, I also loved the Hotel Adornes in Brugge. Nothing but happy memories!

We tried but we didn't find a bad one. We visited the chocolat mueum and the self guided tour and demonstration were great.
