Hertz are on my personal 3 strike list but Conns Ireland car rental (formally easytoursireland) deal direct with Hertz without the Hurtz.

If you do go via an agency make sure you know what you are getting and how you stand at the collection desk in respect of Fuel policy any "Hold" on your Credit Card and most important what insurance is included.
