Best Area in London for Flea Markets and Antiques?

I love all kinds of flea mkts, antiques, silver pieces. Is there one specific area? I will be staying around Kensington area.
Thanks. Johanna

Not one particular area I know. Portobello Road on Saturday (get there before 9am) Camden Passage in Islington on Wed. (& another day I can't remember). Kensington Church St. has lots of antique shops, mostly high end & mostly furniture but some silver & china too. Fun for browsing.

There are often small antique shows scattered around on a weekend. Get a copy of Time Out when you arrive.

Forgot to mention Bermondsey market on Fri. 5am - 2pm. Camden Passage is also open on Sat. (I think Wed. is better for silver but not sure.) Have a great time!

My favorites:
Alfies off of Edgeware Road
Antiquarius on Kings Road
Greys Market (forgot address)
Bermondsey-still pricey but fun, you have to be there early!
Camden Market
(I must admit, I have still never been to Portabello Rd in the dozen trips over)
Have fun!

Thanks McLaurie & Scarlett: I just took another outfit out of my suitcase after reading all the locations. My first option is to try to buy tickets for Wimbledon and then antiquing and then day trips. Have been to London two other times & been to the "usual sites". Thanks so much. Leave for Europe in 5 days. So excited. First solo trip. Johanna

The London Silver Vaults is a place to find all kinds of antique silver pieces.
Many dealers have shops set up there. I bought a nice little Victorian toast rack there last year. The merchandise isn't inexpensive, it's true, but you can but even if you don't buy anything you might enjoy browsing.
The vaults are a short walk from the Chancery Lane Tube station and the building is open M-Sat.
