Hi
Try Yoga. No not on the plane silly :-d. I'm talking about breath control - "Focus on the breath". It works, no really. I took a beginners course and I found the most useful part was relaxation through breathing techniques. |
Xanax

Ativan, but do not take any of these if you are tempted to drink alcohol

Did any of you notice that this is a TWO YEAR OLD post?
((I)) |
MichelleY,
I took Bonine for sea sickness once and it relaxed me and put me to sleep. I didn't even need the cocktail. |
Let me repeat my post from two years ago when this thread started:
XANAX baby, XANAX!!!!! |
Ira - Did anyone notice that the person that revived this thread just joined Fodor's (only post)to recommend a product?
|
LOL - no, I actually did NOT notice it was 2 years old. I jusf feel for anyone who hates to fly like I do - and know my world is a better place on a plane with Xanax as well as those traveling around me ;-)
|
Wow! The post I was talking about has been removed. That was fast.

Anxiety problem? Business Class.
|
Yeah, business class for anxiety, absolutely. Sometimes on those transatlantic flights when I use the restroom I can see through the little curtain into coach and my heart starts racing just looking at the chaos back there. What a nightmare. The last coach flight I had was in 2002, 11 hours to Germany and I thought I was going to die (I'm pretty tall, think knees practically in my chest).
An even bigger nightmare is that when I don't work at this job anymore, business class goes bye-bye. The jokes on me because it wont last forever and now I'm RUINED! Back to Xanax LOL. |
