Berlin ideas?
Hi guys got some good info last year regarding paris, any suggestions for must do's while in berlin? also can you get the 3 day travel card at the airport when you land? and does the 3 day ticket include travel to and from the airport?

If you mean the 3day CityTourCard (CTC) for €22.90 pP you would get that anywhere where transit tickets are sold, i.e. the staffed desk at Tegel airport or the vending machines outside at the bus stops. It would cover any bus serving the airports. (You don't say which airport you land at, but I guess it will be Tegel).
In Berlin, all means of public transport are always covered by any ticket (in the respective fare zones), including express buses, local/regional trains, BVG ferries.
What is excluded are long-distance trains (ICEs, ICs) even when they make stops within the proper fare zone, excursion boats on the lakes, and one odd airport bus line from Schönefeld airport to Potsdam.
For visitors of Berlin which arrive at Tegel airport and do not plan to visit any sights outside the city limits, only fare zones A and B are relevant. So your CTC card only has to cover the zone "Berlin AB".
If you plan to go to Potsdam, though, or anywhere else which is not Berlin, your CTC must say "Berlin ABC". And would be a few euros more expensive.
Then it will also allow you to connect any public transport (trams, buses) in Potsdam, e.g. to get to the parks and palaces.

P.S. You should check if it was not cheaper for you to use regular day passes for public transport plus any other discount card for the sights, e.g. the Museum Island pass.
The CTC offers only a percentage as discount at sights, which might be less overall savings than the regular transport ticket plus a discount pass which offers you free entry at certain sights.
