Belaggio - How Cool Are The Evenings
We leave tomorrow for 16 days in Italy. Our first destination is Belaggio. I have read the evenings are cool but I don't want to pack anymore than is necessary. Appreciate any suggestions as to whether we should pack sweaters. Thanks

We spent a few days in Bellagio during late June a few years back. The days were suffocatingly hot. The evenings were cooler than the days - I know our hotel didn't have a/c and I dont recall being too hot to sleep - but I am sure we didnt need sweaters at any time during our stay.

It'll go over 100 in late June-July and down to 50's at night. You won't be out much at night-there is nothing to do there except in the hotels.

I would disagree with don, there's plenty to do in Bellagio (considering its size) outwith the hotels, you just need to look around a bit longer/better.

Agree about the heat, though.
We just came home from the lakes and I loved Bellagio (I've posted info on here.) It was very hot (early June) and we never needed anything in the evenings. It should be even hotter when you go. You'll have a lovely time.
