Beef in Switzerland

We will be in Switzerland for 2 weeks in June. Is it safe to eat the beef there or should we stick to fish and chicken?

Thanks.

I live in Switzerland. Yes, the beef is very safe. Switzerland has some of the tightest controls in Europe (not being in the EU) and are very protective of their markets. Swiss cows are the happiest cows in the world!

<<should we stick to fish and chicken? >>

Be a chicken - - and only eat fish sticks.
Judy: If I remember well, you have posted this question already some days ago... and we are still alive.
PS: BTW, the other day, I saw a TV report on how fish is raised in Canada. I wonder, if I should go on eating fish.

Chis: Because of the happy cows, we have very nice chocolate, right?

What cut of beef goes into chocolate? Are you talking about the hoof? As in gelatin?
