Try "agroturismo" in some search engines. It's like B&B but on a farm, and you can find basic and luxury ones with swimming pool.
You could find self catering and with restaurant. In general, the quality is excellent.

GRIMMY:

That's a great website! I've been searching all the usual sites and had given up on finding a place under 90 Euro near Siena for 5 nights in March.

Your site has many offers in Pienza, which I think would be OK for touring as far as Volterra and Cortona. But it also prompted me to do a search on "camere appartamenti siena toscana" and I'm finding many possiblilities near Siena (our 1st choice). Thanks so much for putting us on the right track!

Meow: If you're in the under 100 euro range, I'd be glad to email you what I've researched so far.
