Beach day trip from Palermo
 
We will be in Palermo for four days starting tomorrow and we are looking to spend a day at a beautiful beach (we don't mind taking a train or bus) and if possible, stay wherever we are and have dinner there, but that is not a necessity. We have read that Cefalu is very nice but the beach is crowded and dirty. Is this true?

What would you recommend?

Look at Lascari and San Vito Lo Capo.

We were on Cefalu several weeks ago. We waded in the water ( had our shorts on, didn’t bring our bathing suits 😩 ), it was clear and clean. The beach didn’t seem too crowded but it was two weeks ago.
