Bayeux to Cherbourg. HELP!
 

Hi, does anyone have a link to bus schedules from Bayeux to Cherbourg, assuming they exist. The AM train connection on the day we want to leave is at 6:17 for a 11:00 ferry to Poole, UK. Not good. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

This site has links to *many* bus transportation companies in France. You will have to wade through it a bit to figure out which ones might be useful for your situation....

Have you looked into the possibility of taking one train Bayeux-Caen and then separate train Caen-Cherbourg? I'm not certain, but on sncf.com it looks as if you could do this, if it applies on your date of travel:

Bayeux-Caen 8:24-8:46 (or 7:41-8:00); Caen-Cherbourg 8:59-10:02. (You are trying to catch an 11:00 ferry, correct?) That's still a fairly early start, but not quite as bad as 6:17!
