bathrooms?

Hello. We are driving from Paris to Loire Valley, then from the Loire Valley to Beaune. We were wondering if there were any public bathrooms along the way. Does anybody know?

There are probably a few.

Suki, If you travel by an "A" route, which are usually toll roads, there are rest areas with all services, including gas food and toilets. Deborah
Yup---DeborahAnn is correct. Also if you travel back roads as I did you may use the bathroom in any little cafe or bistro without any problem. We also found many little towns have a tourist info. center with bathrooms. Have fun.
Forgot to mention---many will be Turkish type toilets so stand back from the flush to keep your feet dry. Also some will be unisex.

Don't mean to be rude but trees are available and Europeans are not shy at using "the roadside!" Otherwise, stop in a town and for a cup of coffee or bottled water you can use the W.C.!!!
Then, MacDonalds and Pizza Hut is everywhere!
