Barcelona Unlimited Travel Cards
 

I've been shopping around for travel cards for my upcoming trip to Barcelona. I have found a few places with amazing discounted prices. But am I not sure if they are real. Has anyone purchased a so called "Barcelona Unlimited Travel Card?" If so, can they be purchased in the US or only in Barcelona?

www.barcelona-travelguide.com. It is explained on this site. Has anyone used it? Is it worthwhile?

So far I have found a few locations that offer the cards but none seem to be authentic. At least I have not found anyone in the traveling community that has used these let alone purchased them.

The "LOOK" real but I can't find anyone who can verify they have used these sites.

The only one I know of is the Barcelona CARD, which includes free travel plus discounts to museums & attractions. I still don't think it's a good deal. The T-10 transport ticket offered by the Barcelona transport dept is usually good enough & at a good price.

Three years ago my wife and I spent three days in Barcelona on the tail end of a cruise. I purchased a 3Day travel card.

Worked out GREAT and the relative price made it a bargain!

If you plan on spending more than a day in Barcelona, I would say BUY one (you won't need a car). Make sure you purchase far enough in advance they have time to send them to you!

2Day card = 11.50 Euro
3Day card = 16.50 Euro

T-10 card = 8.25 Euro (roughly) per zone (ten trips)

The T-10 card mentioned by yk above is good for 10 one-way trips in the zone reference you purchased it for. As much as we traveled around Barcelona, it would have cost us significantly more to purchase multiple T-10 tickets than the single 72hr pass.
