I have heard of several restaurants in Barcelona but wondered if anyone had any direct experience with them. They are: Gresca, El Gran Cafe, L'Antic Forn, Rincon de Aragon, la Bascula, Elsa Y Fred Gastrobar.
Thank you, thank you!

Gee, Katie, if that's really your name. It seems odd that there is no Katie or Kay or similar name listed as a visitor to that experience, nor a review from you on the website. You wouldn't be trying to advertise something you are associated with, would you? If you really had a good time, why would you come here to register just to post a "review" here, but not even post one on the actual site? Seems odd.

Neo, "Katie's" post is nearly two years old, brought up by swdob. We've eaten in El Gran Cafe a number of times and always enjoyed it.

Thank you, Rubicund. None of the others? If not, what is your favorite?

Rubicund Feb 26th, 2015 12:54 PM

My favourite is the last one in this last, although all of them are good. Sorry for the capital letters, not shouting but I cut and pasted it from a document on Barcelona that I put together:

Thank you, again, Rubicund! I will reserve!

Rubicund, you said you pasted from an article on Barcelona you put together. Where can I find that?

Rubicund Feb 27th, 2015 12:37 AM

I'd have to email it to you, it's on my PC. It's not really an article, just a list of bullet points in connection with travel to and time in the city.

swdob Feb 27th, 2015 05:14 AM

[email protected] is my email. Thanks!

Rubicund Feb 27th, 2015 05:27 AM

Just sent. Cheers.
