Barcelona hotel with rooftop pool?
 

Hi all - any suggestions for Barcelona hotels with pools? I'd love somewhere central-ish, charm not as important as a decent pool, views, good price.<BR><BR>Thanks for any recommendations/help! = )

The Claris has a pool on the rooftop. It's a very sophisticated hotel, yet not too big. and is expensive. It's close to la rambla catalunya and the main tourist attractions.<BR><BR>Check also the Meridien, it might have a pool, but I'm not sure.<BR><BR>Also Hotel Arts(Ritz Carlton chain) has a wonderful pool, but it's not quite handy. It's in Barrio Olympico.

Besides the very interesting, 5 star sophisticated Claris (a luxury property complete with Roman/Greek antiquities and a "cutting edge" Catalan diseny look), there's also a rooftop pool at the Old World European 5 star Hotel Majestic, also with a fine location right on the Passeig de Gracia. <BR>See it at http://www.hotelmajestic.es<BR>

Thanks Surlok y Maribel !<BR><BR>We're trying to travel quite soon, so some of the hotels are already completely booked.<BR><BR>So - any suggestions for roof terraces and jacuzzi spas, with a central location? Thanks for helping with my anniversary trip! = )

I stayed at the Majestic- small rooftop pool/health club on the roof. the hotel was terrific, great location, very nice people at front desk, and terrific accomodations. Ask for a corner room in front. Some have balcony that overlook the Gaudi buildings and aren't more expensive then other locations in the hotel. Enjoy, Barcelona is great fun. s
