Barcelona hotel for family

Jump to last reply

We will be making our first trip to Spain with our 2 boys--12 & 9--in early July. It has just come about, so we haven't had much time to plan. I am finding that reasonably-priced, well-located accommodations see to be getting sparse. Additionally, I'm not quite sure where exactly we should stay in the city. We will want to visit many of the famous attractions (so we want to be in a location that allows efficient, easy travel around the sites), but we also want to try to get off the beaten path a bit for meals, possibly quieter accomodations, etc. While not critical, we'd e ally love to have a pool or easy beach access if possible.

Do you have any suggestions of best areas to stay and/or specific hotels or apartments to check? Ideally, we'd like to have 4* accommodations in the $200 range (less is even better!).

Thanks in advance for your help!
