Torres is not trying to be a Cava producer, it is in the Penedes and close to Vilafranca. It makes a great deal of wine in the area. It grows a lot of it too.

It is not just a cellar, in part of my life I sold them a lot of technology so it I know it is a fully functioning total process from farm to bottle.
