Trying to pick a time I won’t get clastraphobic or too hot in the Sagrada Familia navitity facade tower. Thinking a 5 or 6 pm tour is a good time??? Or early morning or later in evening? Any suggestions for the
month of July! I may skip the tower it scare me a bit the crowdedness and possible heat. Also how long does it take to walk down the spiral staircase? |

I don't remember heat being an issue. On crowds they limit the number of people going up. The only crowds you'll see are in the cathedral itself.
If you are crowd adverse pick the very first entry possible. They limit the number of entrances per fifteen minutes (I think 15) but they don't force people to leave. That means you'll have very few people there at opening but during the day a certain number of people will be enjoying the building. |
I think going in July means that there will be lots of crowds.
We were there very early and it was still very crowded. the heat did not bother me, but people were everywhere. |
Entrance isn't a free for all. They strictly control the number of people let in for every time slot. Book the first slot and you'll have the smallest crowd possible.

I would choose to go as early as possible. The heat or the crowds shouldn't be a problem then

Thank you everyone for all for the replies. I booked the very the first time slot as everyone suggested. I only hope I can wake up in time as I am from USA! Lol! Thanks again. |
