Ballooning Just Outside Paris

My husband and I are very interested in ballooning just outside of Paris in June. Any experiences or tips. Always wanted to do it.Which is better, morning or afternoon flights. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

You can go up a tethered balloon in the Parc Andre Citroen, 15th.

We;ve seen balloons above the Loire Valley on quite a few occasions; so something must be available in that area.

I don't know about the region around Paris. but in the Napa Valley the balloon trips all seem to begin in the morning, sometimes quite early.

There is an organization called
"France Montgolfieres" and their website mentions both morning or late afternoon "flights"...and in a great many locations. They are a sponsor of the Metropole Paris "E-zine" of which I am a proud member! And, since I'm a moron, I'll leave you with this and go get Metropole's site... it links to the balloons and it just didn't look right to post it here.

Go to the "Metropole Partners" place
