Baby diaper change in Italy and Switzerland

This sounds like a funny question but I was wondering if there are baby changing facility in Switzerland and Italy (Rome and Venice)

We will be travelling with our 9-months baby this February and I'm worried about her nappy change when we're out ! Are the shops or malls equipped with baby changing rooms ? Or do we need to run back to the hotel ?

Any help on this is much appreciated !

Don't know about Switzerland, but we were recently in Rome and Venice with our 20 month old and never saw a changing table. (I have to admit my wife did most of the changing.) We have a small changing pad which we used on bathroom floors or even in discreet places in parks, etc. In general, people tend to be a bit less uptight up it. (At least compared to the US.) Of course, I wouldn't go as far as the family who changed their daughter on the table next to me and then left the diaper on the table for the waitress to pick up at a cafe in Gothenburg, Sweden a few years back (they were locals).
