BA & Virgin Atlantic illegal Fuel Charge Settlement

If you bought a Ticket from either airline between August 11, 2004-March 23, 2006 you can file a claim for up to $20.00USD or £10 per flight segment for an illegal fuel surcharge.

From the press release,"Passengers were told that the surcharge was necessary to cover the rising cost of fuel, but in reality it was used to increase the airlines’ profits."
