B & B or Apartment Needed near Pantheon or Ghetto Area

Hi fodorites: I need a recommendation for a nice B&B or apartment in the mentioned areas.
It will be for my teenage daughter and I.
If it is a B&B we would like a nice sized room with good bathroom (and hot water).
For an apartment we'd need a one bedroom with good facilities.
We are familiar with the area and we're visiting a friend who lives near the Pantheon.
We love that area and the Ghetto, Campo Fiori, Navona area.
Trastevere is okay but must be within walking distance at night.

Thanks Marija, I contacted sleepinitaly yesterday and this is one of the recommended apartments.

Just wondered...I know it is a noisy street, especially in the morning but was it relatively quiet and was there hot water for showers.

this one might be perfect for you http://www.summerinitaly.com/eng/ren...428!italy_.htm

a lovely apartment in the very centre of Rome, nearby via dell'Orso, at only 7 mins walking to Pantheon.

Affordable costs and cheaper than the one in via della Minerva.

The location are both great and not noisy at all.

Let me know what you think ;-)

Risab,

There was always plenty of hot water. The bedroom is set way back in the apartment and is very quiet. If you are visiting in the summer, airconditioning is problematic. Otherwise it's a great beautiful apartment and we can't wait to go back. Obviously it's a busy area but we enjoyed looking at the Pantheon and the crowds from our huge windows.

Hi risab,
Our family of 4 stayed here last Thanksgiving. We loved the light, bright apartment and proximity to the Pantheon. The terrace was nice and it warm enough to sit outside on a couple of evenings. Plenty of hot water but the shower is very small; we coped but my husband and son are both over 6ft tall and they found the shower cramped. The only other negative was the 86 steps to the fourth floor.

Via Gulia 98, which is about a 15 min walk from the Pantheon. Or go 2 blocks to Corso Vittoria Emmanuele and catch a bus a few blocks and then it is only 5 mins. We liked it very much and it is very roomy, attractive, clean and comfortable.

Thanks all for your information. I am working with sleepinitaly on a few apartments. Rented with them a few years ago on an apartment in Trastevere so I thought I'd give them another shot.
